Developed to house the ING Headquaters, this marvelous piece of modern architecture if far more then looks. It has been designed and developed to be as environmentally conscious and sustainable as possible. Utlalising a  "double skin system" meaning that, all the glass windows installed are two panes thick with air sandwiched in between. This serves the two important purposes, the first of which is, reducing cooling and heating costs as the effects of outside temperatures are significantly decreased due to the the wind and temperature not being able to permeate the glass unlike normal glass, due to that pocket of air. The second purpose is the glasses ability to  provide significant noise reduction from the busy freeway situated adjacent to the building.
